He is known to have been the creator of the revenge porn website Is Anyone Up? which allowed users to post sexual and explicit photos of people online without their consent, often accompanied by personal information such as their names and addresses.
Hunter began his website in the year 2010 as a nightlife website until he started getting pictures and videos from people who were into hookup businesses.
The FBI arrested him on charges of conspiracy, unauthorized access to a protected computer, and aggravated identity theft and was presented before a court where he was granted bail on a bond of $100,000.

In November 2015, Moore was sentenced to two years and six months in prison, a $2,000 fine, and $145.70 in restitution. He was released from prison in May 2017.
