Ja Marr Chase is an American football wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the LSU Tigers. During his college days, he was a Fred Biletnikoff Award-winner and unanimous All-American who led the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) in receiving yards and touchdowns en route to a National Championship in 2019.



As a genuine first-year recruit at LSU in 2018, Chase played in each of the 14 games and made eight beginnings. He completed the season with 23 gatherings for 313 yards and three scores.

He returned as a starter in 2019, and that year drove the FBS in getting yards with 1,780 yards on 84 gets (21.2 avg) and 20 getting scores. His 20 getting scores set a Southeastern Conference (SEC) record until it was broken by DeVonta Smith the next year.



Multiple times he overshadowed the 100-yard mark and an extra multiple times he obscured 200 getting yards in a game imprint, including a College Football Playoff title game record 221 yards against Clemson.
