Kelis Rogers, known mononymously as Kelis, is an American singer. At age 14, she was admitted to New York’s Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts.
Born on August 21, 1979 (age 42 years), in Harlem, New York, in the United States of America Kelis is said to have broken into the limelight following the release of her debut studio album titled, Kaleidoscope.
On December 7, 1999, Kelis released the album which contained a mixture of disco and jazz music from the 70s under the production of Virgin Records.
Kelis was said to have gotten to her husband by the name of Mike with whom they were blessed to have had one child by the name of Sheperd Mora.
The singer was said to have had a relationship with rapper Nas at a point and have a daughter together.
Mike who was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer in September 2020 died in March 2022.

Kelis Children: Knight-Jones and Sheperd Mora
Kelis is said to be a proud mother of two children which she had with two different men. The American singer was said to have had her first daughter Knight-Jones with rapper Nas who she married in January 2005 and divorced after some time
Kelis after some time again got married to photographer Mike Mora in 2014, and she gave birth to her second son in November 2015 by the name of Sheperd Mora.
