The Atlanta Braves are a professional baseball club situated in the Atlanta metropolitan region that competes in Major League Baseball.From 1966 through 1996, the club played its home games at Atlanta–Fulton County Stadium, and from 1997 to 2016, it played its home games at Truist Park.
In 1912, the term “Braves” refers to a Native American warrior. Fans have dubbed them “the Bravos,” and the squad has been dubbed “America’s Team” due to its games being televised on TBS, which was available to everyone in the United States from the 1970s until 2007.
With 14 straight division victories and one of baseball’s best pitching rotations, they were one of the most successful teams in the sport and have won the world series four times. They won their first world series title in 1914 followed by subsequent years(1957,1995 and 2021)

1914 World Series
The season 1914 marked the 44th for the Boston Braves. After being in last place in the National League at the midway point of the season, the club ended first in the NL, winning the pennant by 10½ games over the New York Giants. The 1914 Miracle Braves swept the Philadelphia Athletics in the World Series.
1957 World Series
With Lew Burdette’s three shutouts, the Braves prevailed in seven games to capture the World Series. Besides the Yankees, Dodgers, and Giants, the Braves would be the only other club to win a World Series championship in the 1950s.
1995 World Series
The Atlanta Braves beat the Cleveland Indians 4-2 in the World Series to win their third World Championship for the city of Atlanta.
2021 World Series
The 117th World Series was a best-of-seven playoff between the National League (NL) Champion Atlanta Braves and the American League Champion Houston Astros. The Braves beat the Cardinals 4-2 in a best-of-seven series. For the first time since 1995, the Atlanta Braves won a World Series championship.
