Scott Barlow is a professional baseball player for the Kansas City Royals of the Major League Baseball(MLB). He is one of the pitchers for the Royals. Scott was December 18, 1992, in New London, Connecticut, United States of America.
He had his high school amateur career in Golden Valley High School in Santa Clarita, California because his family moved there. During his freshman year in high school, he played baseball all year round and had more exposure to professional scouts.
Scott began his professional career when he was selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the sixth round of the 2011 MLB draft. He chose to sign with the Dodgers, rather than attend Fresno State University to play college baseball.
After the 2017 baseball season, Scott became a free agent and managed to sign a major league contract with the Kansas City Royals. He was promoted to the major leagues three times in April 2018 by the Royals. the first two times, he was to play for Triple-A but he didn’t make an appearance after which he had his third call-up on April 28 that same year. Two days after his third call-up, Scott made his MLB debut on April 30, 2018, for the Royals.
