Taylor Fritz is an American professional tennis player. He has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 13 by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), achieved on March 21, 2022, and a doubles ranking of world No. 104, achieved on July 26, 2021.
This year’s No. 29-ranked player Steve Johnson was knocked out by Fritz after he was given a wildcard to play in the ATP 250 tournament at Memphis.
As a result of his semifinal victory over Riardas Berankis, which made him the second-fastest American to reach an ATP final, he became the youngest American to do it since Michael Chang in 1988.
