The Wanted are a British-Irish boy band that consisted of members Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes.
The band was formed in 2009 and was placed under the label of Universal subsidiaries Island Records and Mercury Records, with their manager been Scooter Braun.
The band originated from Britain and does genures in Pop music, Dance-pop, Eurodance and Pop.

Meet Max George
Maximillian Alberto “Max” George was born on 6 September 1988 and grew up in Manchester. Before entering into music Max was a footballer who played with the Preston North End and was on the verge of signing a two-year deal with them.
Max joined the team as a backing and lead vocalist in 2009 till date. He has featured in a few movies like the popular television show Glee as Clint, a bully and the lead vocalist of Vocal Adrenaline
Meet Siva Kaneswaran
Siva Michael Kaneswaran was born on 16 November 1988 in Corduff Blanchardstown, Dublin to his father who hails from Sri Lankan Tamil and his mother who is Irish.
Siva grew up with his six siblings and modelled for Storm Model Management at the age of 16 and made a lot of ads and promotions at a young age.
Agency for the Performing Arts and Untitled Management signed Siva in 2019.
Meet Nathan Sykes
Nathan James Sykes was born on 18 April 1993
Nathan grew up in a home of music as his mother was a music teacher who taught music.
He joined the band in 2019.
