On July 15, 2017, Noel signed a free-agent contract with the Cleveland Indians organization, becoming a member of their team as an international player.
In 2018, he made his debut with the Dominican Summer League Indians, where he had a batting average.243, ten home runs, and 34 runs batted in over the course of 64 games.
During the 2019 season, he was a member of the Arizona League Indians, where he had a batting average.287, six home runs, and 42 runs batted in across 47 games. As a result of the minor league season being canceled in 2020, he did not participate in a single game during that year.
Over the course of 70 games during the 2021 season, Noel played for teams in the Arizona League, the Lynchburg Hillcats, and the Lake County Captains. He finished the season with a batting line of.340/.390/.615, 19 home runs, and 66 runs batted in.
