The news of his death was first posted on Facebook by Mayor Derek Armistead of Linden, New Jersey. According to him, Xavier passed away after two weeks of no sign of relief.
One Armstead penned on Wednesday describing the unfortunate incident and its relative sad circumstances…“Together we prayed for a miracle and hoped for a different outcome.” “Children are supposed to outlive their parents, not the other way around. I asked that you continue to keep the family in your prayers.”
