Natasha Parry was a famous British actress who was of Russian ancestry.

She was the daughter of film director Gordon Parry, and she was married to theater director Peter Brook from 1951 until the time of her death.

She is also the mother of filmmakers Irina Brook and Simon Brook.

Parry, who was born in London, was the daughter of the British-Greek film director Gordon Parry and the Russian woman who was his wife.

At the age of 12, Parry made her first appearance on stage in the play The Wingless Victory.

She made her acting debut at the age of 14 in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and then went on to appear in Big Ben and Bless the Bride.

She made her Broadway debut in the 1959–1960 production of The Fighting Cock. She appeared in the final production of her career, which was The Tragedy of Hamlet, at the Young Vic in London.

Dance Hall was Parry’s first appearance on screen (1950). She appeared in many of her husband’s works, such as a live American television rendition of King Lear (1953) opposite Orson Welles, in Anouilh’s The Fighting Cock with Rex Harrison, Meetings with Remarkable Men, The Cherry Orchard, and Happy Days.

After being diagnosed with TB in 1952, Parry was sidelined from performing for an entire year.

In 1951, she tied the knot with film director Peter Brook in a ceremony that took place in the Russian Orthodox Cathedral of the Dormition of the Mother of God and All Saints in Ennismore Gardens, Knightsbridge, London.

Parry suffered a stroke on July 22, 2015, the day he passed away while on vacation in La Baule, Brittany, France. She was 84 years old at the time of her death.
