After acting with Lady Gaga in the 2018 edition of A Star Is Born, speculations were sparked as to if Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga were in a relationship or not.
Bradley Cooper has addressed those pesky romance allegations four years after acting with Lady Gaga in the 2018 version of A Star Is Born. When the co-stars sang “Shallow” together at the Oscars a year after the film was released, the relationship speculations reached an all-time high. The couple didn’t respond to the rumors at the time. Cooper has now confirmed what no one wanted to be true all along: they were just friends.
The Hangover star raved about the “Rain on Me” singer in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, calling her “so dreadfully captivating and lovely” and admiring her level of devotion.
Cooper, like their portrayal of a renowned and much-in-love couple in the film, claimed their emotional duet at the Academy Awards was only part of the act. Getting into character also helped him overcome his phobia of singing in front of a live audience.
Regardless of the rumors, the couple has definitely moved on. Cooper recently ignited reunion speculations with Irina Shayk, his ex-girlfriend and daughter’s mother. Gaga has been dating Michael Polansky, a businessman, and investor, for more than two years.
