Danny Jansen is an American professional baseball catcher for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Jansen went to Appleton West High School in Appleton, Wisconsin, and was drafted by the Blue Jays in the sixteenth round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft.
He had resolved to playschool baseball at Jacksonville University, yet endorsed with the Blue Jays all things considered.
He was relegated to the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League Blue Jays for the season, showing up in 36 games and hitting .246 with 18 runs batted in (RBI).
