In her junior year, Lena Springer pitched for the Ohio State University Buckeyes softball team as a pitcher.
She participated in the 2014 NCAA College Softball Tournament while she was a first-year student at the University of Central Florida and played softball.
2013 was the year when Lena competed for Puerto Rico on the Junior National Softball Team.
Additionally, she has worked as a private softball hitting and pitching teacher for the Bo Jackson Elite Sports Facility in Hilliard, Ohio, and the CT Diamond Club in East Hartford, Connecticut.

Nicole is an assistant coach for the Southern Connecticut State University softball team.
She graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2013 and was named to the All-Conference team four times when she was a student there. During the 2012 softball season, Nicole was a member of the Puerto Rico national team.
