Stephanie Rose McGovern HonFREng is a British journalist and television presenter. She was born on May 31st, 1982[1,] in the United Kingdom. Steph’s Packed Lunch is a show that she presently hosts on Channel 4.

She was employed by the BBC as the primary business presenter for BBC Breakfast, and she frequently took on the role of co-host for the full show.

While born in the North Shields on the Tyne and Wear shores of the United Kingdom, McGovern was raised in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire.

Following the conclusion of the most recent season of the television program Packed Lunch on Channel 4, STEPH McGovern admitted that she is “in misery” due to health problems and that she has lost weight.

The TV host recently took to Instagram to be more transparent about what’s been going on with her body.

“This time I have a bad ear infection and blisters in/around my ear/hair/face. It has been agony.”

The telly favourite further explained that she’s on medication to help fight it off – however it has made other symptoms of another condition worse.

“I’m on a load of different drugs to try and treat infections and ease pain,” Steph continued.

“Some of them are antibiotics, which has totally buggered up my gut health (you know how obsessed I am about that) so my IBS is back in full swing being a total b*tch.
