Who is Carol Marlow’s Ex-Husband Tony Dow?

Tony Lee Dow is an American sculptor, producer, director, and actor. Many people today know him from the long-running television series Leave It to Beaver, in which he starred between 1957 and 1963.

Dow portrayed Wally Cleaver, June, and Ward’s eldest son, Theodore “Beaver” Cleaver’s brother. Dow’s parents were June and Ward Cleaver.

A television movie and an episode of The New Leave It to Beaver featured Dow as Wally, and he played both roles between 1983 and 1989.

For his portrayal of Wally Cleaver in the television series Leave It to Beaver, William Dow became a household name in 1950s.

His television credits include appearances as a guest star on Dr Kildare, Mr Novak, The Greatest Show on Earth, and Never Too Young.

When he was a teenager in the 1960s and 1970s, he worked in the construction industry while pursuing a degree in journalism and photography.

The Young Artist Foundation honoured him with the Former Child Star Lifetime Achievement Award in 1987. He was given this honour.

Many ancient television series, such as “Leave It to Beaver” and others, were advertised by Dow on MeTV during the month of April 2019.

Dow’s first directing gig was on an episode of The New Lassie in 1989. As a result, he went on to direct episodes of Getting a Life, Coach and Babylon 5, as well as episodes of Crusade and Star Trek: Deep Space 9.

Tony Dow tied the knot with Carol Marlow in June 1969, and the couple’s marriage ended in 1980. 1973 was the year when their only child was born.
