According to research and medical science, Monkeypox is a viral disease. In monkeys, it is usually transmitted through close contact with other infected monkeys, or through food contaminated by infected animals.
It can also be passed from an infected human. In humans, it spreads between people during direct contact with an infected person’s rash or saliva. Most infections occur during travel in areas where monkeypox is common among wild animals such as rodents and primates.

There is a raging debate about whether or not Monkeypox exists. Many government officials say that it does exist and that they have it under control, but others don’t believe these claims.
